摘 要本设计完成了小型立式加工中心机械结构部分的设计并介绍了立式加工中心的一些基本概况。该机床再配置一个 CNC 系统就构成了一台完整的立式加工中心。在设计中主要对基础结构部件、进给传动系统、主传动系统和一些辅助装置进行了选型及设计计算。(1)基础结构部件包括床身、立柱、工作台、导轨的设计计算及选型。其中工作台随螺母旋转而移动,其螺母是磨损元件。(2)进给传动系统中滚珠丝杠副、伺服电机、滚珠丝杠轴上轴承以及伺服电机与进给丝杠的联结的设计计算及选型。(3)主传动系统中滑移齿轮、液压缸结构及主轴结构的设计计算,主轴箱配重的设计及相关零件的强度校核。(4)辅助装置中刀库结构选型设计及换刀机构选型。关键词 滚珠丝杠;伺服电机;滑移齿轮;主轴箱配重AbstractThis design has already finished vertical machining center the design of mechanical structure parts. Some basic concepts and the general knowledge of the vertical machining center were introduced in this design. The machine in a CNC system can constitute a complete vertical machining center.
