DVD 装饰板注塑模设计摘要 塑料工业在社会中起到越来越重要的作用，影响着我们的衣食住行。此次模具设计的题目是《DVD 装饰板注塑模具设计》。这个塑件是个薄壁体，尺寸相对比较小，通过对塑件的工艺性分析，选出合理的注塑机注塑。本人认真仔细的分析图纸，对分型面，浇注系统成型零件的结构，脱模推出机构，模架，冷却系统进行了详细的设计，并附上图。该模具采用一模四腔的布局，其中浇口设计与成型零件的设计进行着重说明，通过这次的设计，对模具的发展，作用有了更深的认识，把理论知识能运用到这次设计中去，并能熟练地用绘图软件将其画出来，此 DVD 装饰板采用侧浇口的方式进行浇注。塑件采用 ABS 材料，该材料密度为 1.02g/—1.16g/，平均收缩率为 0.55%，该模具结构简单，使用寿命长，可进行大批量生产。关键字：DVD 装饰板，ABS,成型零件，浇注系统，浇口DVD decorative plate injection mold designABSTRACT The plastics industry plays an increasingly important role in society, affect our basic necessities of life.
