输电线路除冰机器人机械部分设计作者:e(e)指导老师:e [摘要]针对现在有输电线路除冰效率低下、存在严重安全隐患、运行不平稳的特点,通过参考国内外的实体模型及文献资料,设计一种新型的输电线路除冰机器人。该机器人主要由行走机构、除冰机构和驱动机构组成,其中除冰机构采用铣削和敲击的复合式除冰机构,并且铣削刀具是组合刀具,可以高效、快速、安全的进行除冰;行走机构采用的是轮式移动,安全平稳;不同机构由各自电机驱动,并且能源供给直接由输电线提供。 [关键词]输电线;覆冰;除冰机器人;机械除冰 The mechanical parts of the transmission line deicing robot design Author: e(e)Instructor: e Abstract: For now there is transmission lines deicing efficiency is low, there are serious security hidden danger, the characteristics of the operation is not smooth, by studying the different de-icing methods at home and abroad, design a new type of transmission line deicing robot.
