临床药师参与治疗 5-氟尿嘧啶腹腔化疗致化学性腹膜炎病例的实践体会陈力，张小玲，张伶俐#（四川大学华西第二医院，成都 610041）摘要：目的 通过临床药师参与治疗 5-氟尿嘧啶腹腔化疗导致的化学性腹膜炎，掌握化学性腹膜炎的鉴别诊断、治疗原则和预防措施，掌握此类患者的药学监护点。方法 临床药师与医师共同讨论病历，协助制定治疗方案，关注方案实施过程中的患者。结果 经过两天的及时对因对症治疗，患者病情好转，身体状况良好予以出院。结论 临床药师参与临床治疗，有利于发挥药师在治疗团队中的作用，协助医师明确诊断、准确用药，并可为医师提供治疗相关的全面资料。 关键词： 5-氟尿嘧啶；化学性腹膜炎；临床药师The practice of taking part in the therapy of a chemical peritonitis caused by 5-FU chemotherapy in abdominal cavityCHEN Li, ZHANG XiaoLing, ZHANG Lingli#(West China Second University hospital, SU, Chengdu 610041)[Abstract]Objective: Through taking part in treating the Chemical peritonitis which caused by the chemotherapy of 5-Fluorouracil in abdominal cavity, clinical pharmacist can master the differential diagnosis, therapeutic principle and prophylaxis of chemical peritonitis, and also master this kind of patients’ pharmaceutical care. Methods: The clinical pharmacist discuss the case file with the clinician and assist the clinician to adjust the therapeutic regimen ，and pay attention to the patient undergoing the treatment. Results: The patient’s condition is improved by timely therapy in two days by the experience of the clinical pharmacist. Finally, the patient discharged with well physical status.
