摘 要 本论文主要是分析汽车加强板的成形工艺,介绍了冲孔,修边,翻边,落料级进模的排样设计和级进模设计。经工艺分析与计算,确定好设计工艺流程和模具的结构形式。模具可实现自动化,生产效率很高,操作简单,工艺性能好,冲件质量高。模具用 CATIA 进行三维设计,CAD 处理装配图和零件图。设计过程中首要的是对零件进行工艺分析,然后通过分析和对比,确定适合的工艺方案,完成料带的排样设计;接着对冲裁力,拉延力和翻边力进行计算,再确定零件生产时总的冲压力,完成对压力机的选择;最后根据料带图设计,完成模具的装配和校对。 关键词:加强板;排样;冲裁;级进模AbstractIn this thesis is to analyze the forming process of the cars reinforcing plate, introduced punching,trimming,flanging,blanking progressive die strip layout and die design.Process analysis and and calculations to determine the structure of the design process and mold.Mold can be automated,high production efficiency,simple operation,process performance,high quality stamping.Mold CATIA 3D design ,CAD the processing assembly drawing and parts Figure.The design process first and foremost is the part for process analysis,and then analyzed and compared to determine the appropriate process plan, complete with nesting material design And then blanking force,drawing and flanging force is calculated,and then determine the total.Pressforce parts production, the completion of the choice of the press ;Finally,according to the strip drawing design,complete mold assembly and proofreading.Key words: reinforcing plate;nesting;punching;progressive die .目录摘要……………………………………………………………………………….11 绪论 1.1 多工位级进模简介.........................................................................................5 1.2 冲压模具分类.................................................................................................8 1.3 冲压模具在国民经济中的地位...........................................
