摘 要 本论文主要是分析汽车加强板的成形工艺,介绍了冲孔,修边,翻边,落料级进模的排样设计和级进模设计
经工艺分析与计算,确定好设计工艺流程和模具的结构形式
模具可实现自动化,生产效率很高,操作简单,工艺性能好,冲件质量高
模具用 CATIA 进行三维设计,CAD 处理装配图和零件图
设计过程中首要的是对零件进行工艺分析,然后通过分析和对比,确定适合的工艺方案,完成料带的排样设计;接着对冲裁力,拉延力和翻边力进行计算,再确定零件生产时总的冲压力,完成对压力机的选择;最后根据料带图设计,完成模具的装配和校对
