湖南某铅锌矿开采设计摘要：本次毕业设计的任务是湖南宝山铅锌矿床北部 154~197 勘探线-30m 以上矿段矿床开采设计，设计年生产能力为 40 万 t/a。设计的首要任务是将矿区的地质资料、水文资料和勘探线剖面图结合起来对矿体赋存情况进行了解掌握。结合矿山相关地质资料设计开拓系统，应当使矿山开拓系统结构简单化，使基建工程量减少，并且能够达到生产能力，最后通过技术经济分析比较，来实现开拓系统方案和采矿方法的选择。本设计中开拓系统采用的是平硐竖井联合开拓，采矿方法采用向上分层胶结充填采矿法。矿井的通风方式为两翼抽出式，采用集中通风，保证井下通风安全。设计中对井下运输和矿井提升部分，考虑了井下和地面运输功最小原则。设计中所用到的某些参数是采用类似矿山的数据，并以《采矿设计手册》为主，配合其它参考资料的方式进行设计。整个设计均按照了设计标准执行，并采用 AutoCAD 计算机绘图，满足了规范设计的要求。关键词：铅锌矿开采；开拓系统；水平分层胶结充填法；矿井通风系统；矿井排水 The excavating design of an Hu Nan lead and zinc mineAbstract:The object of this design is to initial an plan for an Hu Nan lead and zinc mining involving the area of its northern explore lines ranged from 154 to197 and from altitude of -30m upwards, its has an anticipant capability of 0.4million t/a.The design of the main tasks is to mine geological, hydrological data and prospecting line profile based on the geological condition of the ore body to understand.
