三门峡职业技术学院 毕业设计（论文） 题 目： DVD 注塑模具设计 指导教师： 曹国英 系 部： 机电工程系 专 业： 模具设计与制造 姓 名： 董帅 学 号： 0801130110 DVD 注塑模具设计摘要：本论文的主要内容为 DVD 门注塑模的设计。首先获得产品部件的外型实体模型（原外型设计运用 UG 建模），进行数据交换后存为 STEP 文件,然后利用Pro/ENGINEER2001 重新测量建立.prt 文件，然后综合运用 EMX4.1 模块完成模具的设计，再进行 CAE 分析，主要是用 Moldflow Plastic Advisers 对其进行模流分析，通过不断分析改进和修整，使设计达到要求；通过所有检验后，用AutoCAD2006 完成注塑模具非标准零件的零件图和模架的装配图。关键词：注塑模、DVD 门、Pro/ENGINEER2001、EMX4.1、Moldflow Plastic AdvisersInjection Mold Design for the DVD door【Abstract】This thesis mainly introduce the design for the part of DVD door Injection mold. The process of the design is that firstly saving the STEP file of the part (the part solid model is created by UG) .Then use the Pro/ENGINEER2001 to finish the design of mold, at last, use MOLDFLOW PLASTICS ADVISERS to do mold flow analysis . The finished mold contains two cavities. If the mold passes all checks, then finish the drawings of non-standard parts and the assembly drawing about the injection mold.
