着色剂在(PVC-U)聚氯乙烯门窗用塑料异型材中的应用 — 通体彩色塑料异型材的加工条件 寿光新龙电化集团新型塑料建材有限公司 王 耀 【摘 要】：本文通过对着色剂的分类、颜色的构成、颜料、染料、塑料异型材配方组合。来对(PVC-U)通体彩色塑料异型材加工过程中造成型材退色、迁移、析出、粉化等的原因,以及型材的耐光牢度、耐候性方面的控制要点作综合阐述.。【关键词】：着色剂、颜料、染料、通体彩色塑料异型材、耐候性、加工条件.【 Abstract 】 ： This artsticle through treats the stain classification，thecolor constitution，the pigment，the dye，the plastic different molding formula component is coming to （PVC-U ） in the colored plasticdifferent molding processing process to create the molding to fade allover the body ， the migration ，separates out，the pulverization and soonthe reason，as well as molding light-fast fastness ， bears theperiod of five days as pect the control main point to make thesynthesis elaboration。【Key word】：The stain，the pigment，the dye，the colored plasticdifferent molding，is bearing the period of five days all over the body，the processing condition。门窗的彩色化是门窗发展的必然趋势,彩色塑料门窗取代彩色铝合金门窗也只是一个发展过程。但是，彩色塑料异型材必须解决的一个难题是—户外应用的老化问题,即：耐光牢度、耐候性、色彩迁移和退色等问题。本文所描述的通体彩色塑料异型材，是指在 PVC 干混合料中直接加入色粉(或色母)混合后挤出的塑料异型材,所应用的着色剂是与PVC 干混料充分搅拌均匀,甚至部分相溶合,所以其耐候性也就受到型材配方组合的影响,也因此受到质疑。2006 年 1 月 1 日发布实施的JG/180-2005 和 JG/140-2005 标准中,对未增塑聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)塑料门、窗提出了明确的要求,通体着色塑料异型材不适宜用于建筑外门、窗。然而，国内通体彩色塑料异型材的需求由于其物美价廉的特点，颇受客户青睐得已迅猛增长,诚然,其户外应用是否切实可行还有待于实践验证,笔者不敢贸然推断其结论。本文旨在针对塑料异材加工中的控制要点及其耐候性和老化程度方面的加强措施作分析描述,以期通体彩色塑料异型材尽最大可能地应用于...
