1 / 1 0 项目治理课程设计 题目：利益相关者协调机制研究 2 / 1 0 利益相关者协调机制研究 摘要 项目中需要各个利益相关方组织共同参与、协作完成的活动越来越多，稳定可靠的项目利益相关方关系成为项目成功的关键因素。为保证项目顺利完成，达成项目目标，需要对项目利益相关者间的协调关系进行研究。 本文首先分析项目治理引入的背景，分析其引入的必要性。分析项目治理内涵，引出项目治理的关键因素——项目的利益相关者。通过对项目的利益相关者进行界定，分析项目利益相关者间的需求，运用利益相关者间博弈模型进行分析，从而提出了利益相关者间的协调机制。 项目利益相关方治理理论的完善与促进对相关领域的研究也具有重要参考价值，不仅具有重要的理论意义和现实意义，而且具有长远的研究价值和广阔索空间。希望今后继续对上述问题做进一步探讨。 关键词：项目治理；利益相关者；协调机制 3 / 10 Abstract Project, which require all stakeholder groups jointly participate in activities completed, cooperation, more and more stable and reliable project stakeholder relations be project a key element of success.
