摘要在汽车的传动系统中,变速器是无可替代的重要环节之一。无论是驾驶人的操作感受,还是汽车发动机性能的体现,亦或是汽车运行的稳定性等,均与变速器的技术参数和构造性能直接相关。汽车运行过程中,必须满足变速换挡、起步、倒挡等基本操作性能,故而利用总和设计变速器内部,从而实现简单、迅速、方便的操作流程。本次进行的变速器设计,充分结合了任务书中既定的基本参数,选取了五菱宏光这款车型作为设计的基础,翻阅了大量的专业书籍和国家相关标准,结合市场调研的情况,实现了变速器的完整设计。本次设计的主要内容为车辆手动变速器的研究,给予了变速器一个具体详尽的介绍,还针对变速器的换挡结构、传动机构和档位的布置等加以论述。与此同时,利用计算确认了变速器的齿轮结构等部分,还一并计算了车辆整体的中心距、传动比即各档位齿轮等,再次核算了零部件的计算内容,选择适用性、标准度更高的零部件。关键词:机械式变速器;中间轴;传动机构;设计AbstractTransmission in the transmission system of vehicle is the most important link, its structure performance, technical parameters such as the experience of automobile engine performance, driving human operating experience and the stability of the vehicle to run work has an immediate impact.
