小型水平传送带输送机构控制系统设计摘 要随着时代的进步,继电器控制系统的时代已经过去,PLC 以其安全,可靠,灵活,易编程等多个特点成为了新时代的宠儿,使得工业自动化更加完全。经过几十年的发展,PLC 在国内工业中得到了广泛的运用。本设计是运用西门子S7-200 PLC 这款小型控制器控制传送带系统的运行,实现自动化生产运输。本文设计介绍了 PLC 的特点,整个传送带系统的运行过程的工作原理以及 PLC 的编程。经过设计检测,证明了 PLC 能很好的联接传送带系统的各个工作环节,实现自动化的生产,并且能够自动检测,大大提升了传送带的性能,提高了整个传送带系统的工作效率,节约了劳动力,节约了生产成本。关键词:小型传送带,PLC,自动化控制Design of control system for small horizontal conveyor belt conveyorAbstractWith the progress of the times, the time of the relay control system has passed, on account of the safety, reliable, flexible, easy programming and other features PLC has become the darling of the new era, leading to the industrial automation more fully.
