下载后可任意编辑PLC 在电镀中的应用摘 要电镀生产线自动化的程度在德国、意大利、美国等国家的进展水平已经比较高,而在我国尚处于进展阶段。本课题以行业现状为出发点,结合其他行业自动化控制技术、可编程控制器(PLC)等多项专门技术开发的自动生产系统。本文首先分析和制定了该生产的整体设计思想和方案,确保了该生产系统具备真正的自动化生产能力且结构简单。在该生产系统中,采纳了高可靠性,高稳定行,编程简单,易于使用而且广泛应用于现代工业企业生产线过程中的控制器 PLC。分成次的从功能图,梯形图入手,最后在起-保-停程序输入模拟量,进行模拟现场,从而得到比较清楚的结果,具有非常强的有用性。 关键词:电镀自动化;可编程控制器(PLC);吊钩;梯形图AbstractDegree of automation of electroplating production line in Germany, Italy, the United States and other countries have a relatively high level of development, while in China is still in development stage.
