下载后可任意编辑不同血浆代用品对红细胞聚集性的影响【摘要】 目的 比较不同血浆代用品对红细胞聚集性的影响。方法 分别从 20个单位的红细胞悬液中各取血 40 ml,平均分为四份,每份 10 ml,分别加入等容积的乳酸钠林格注射液、4%人血白蛋白、4%琥珀酰明胶注射液和 6%羟乙基淀粉 200/注射液中。混匀后测各组红细胞压积,血红蛋白浓度和血气,于室温下用魏氏法测 10 min、20 min、30 min、60 min 血沉值,余血离心后取上清测血浆粘度和血浆胶体渗下载后可任意编辑透压。结果 G 组和 H 组各时点血沉值均高于 L 组和 A 组,差异有显着性;G 组和 H 组比较,G 组各时点血沉比 H 组快,差异有显着性。形态学变化可见 G 组和 H 组红细胞聚集明显。结论 4%琥珀酰明胶注射液和 6%羟乙基淀粉 200/注射液均促进红细胞聚集,又以 4%琥珀酰明胶更为显着。【关键词】 红细胞聚集性;血沉;白蛋白;琥珀酰明胶;羟乙基淀粉 Effects of Plasma Replacement Fluids on Erythrocytes Aggregation下载后可任意编辑 Abstract: OBJECTIVE To ivestigate aggregation of erythrocytes in different plasma substitutes.
