电商平台的仓储管理优化研究——以乐歌物流园区京东仓为例【摘要】目前，“互联网+物流”模式是大数据时代的必然产物。而仓储管理成为了物流运作过程中重要的一环。本文通过引入京东物流乐歌园区某仓储平台例子，通过观察法分析京东乐歌物流园区的仓配管理模式，然后用文献调查法与他人分析总结的仓储管理模式进行比较，分析该平台仓储管理中存在的问题，最后从绩效管理、商品包装管理、仓储内路线规划管理、人力资源管理等角度提出京东仓储管理的优化策略，提供改善仓储管理的参考建议。因此，本文的研究具有十分重要的理论价值意义和现实价值意义。【关键词】作业流程；电商平台；仓储管理Research on Optimization of storage management of e-commerce platform -- taking a platform of JD logistics LEGE Park as an example [Abstract] At present, the "Internet plus logistics" mode is the inevitable outcome of the big data era.
