摘 要伴随着时代科技的发展,市场经济也不断变化,每天都会有企业成立或者面临倒闭,在相互竞争下,存货管理的方法也不断的改进,在每个企业中,存货资金数额占用的比率相比其他方面比较大,存货在未销售之前会不断流转,流动性很强,一旦积压就会导致资金周转运作困难,相应会造成财务费用增加,给公司带来不必要的成本支出,最终会影响利润。因此,如果企业想要赢得较高的利润,就应该加倍重视企业存货的管理,公司只有通过制定属于自己的管理方法,才能去降低公司的平均资金占有率,来提高存货的运转时间和资产周转的速度,最终达到实现经济利益的目的。然而,很多企业在面对存货管理问题时,根本没有办法认识到它的独特性,而且无法找到合适的方法去解决问题,久而久之企业就会面临存货管理方面上的大问题,最终公司资产运作效率明显降低。文章通过沈阳安索商贸有限公司存货的管理为研究对象来探讨企业工作人员素质低下、缺乏内部控制,在管理方法上也混乱,月末对存货的计算不准确等一系列问题。继而结合本公司的组织结构、经营特点、提出优化其存货管理制度,对存货盘点实施监督等一系列的措施,从而有效提高企业效益和竞争力、降低其企业的经营成本。关键词:存货成本; 库存盘点; 信息化建设AbstractUnder the development of the science and technology, the market economy is constantly changing.
