摘 要随着我国在国际地位的逐渐提升，出口业务也随之增多。在出口业务中，业务流程也随之规范，出台了一整套流程——出口业务流程。出口业务流程就是外贸出口工作人员在出口工作中所进行的一系列活动的有序组合。包括了报价、订货、付款、包装、通关手续及备货装运等活动。而工艺品作为我国的大宗出口商品之一，在全球工艺品市场中占据较大份额，在出口过程中也一定会有众多政策要求。本文以沈阳明晖工艺品有限公司为研究对象，主要采用案例研究法和文献研究法的方式，对该公司的出口业务流程进行研究。通过对沈阳明晖工艺品有限公司的业务关系建立、贸易磋商、签订合同、履行合同等方面的研究，发现该公司建立业务关系途径少、忽视细节性问题、单证制作错误率高、库存管理不完善等问题。工艺品国际市场竞争激烈，业务出口流程存在问题会影响公司利益，沈阳明晖工艺品有限公司的发展，首先应解决自身存在的业务流程问题，从而保证客户量、订单量以及订单受理速度等，以便提升公司利益。旨在更好的促进沈阳明晖工艺品有限公司工艺品的出口贸易发展，继续提升在工艺品出口行业的知名度。关键词：工艺品行业；出口贸易；业务流程AbstractWith the gradual promotion of China's international status, the export business also increases.
