本科论文摘 要如今,随着经济的快速发展,国民的生活质量普遍提高,消费类型越来越广泛。而乳业作为国民经济消费中占额较大的产业,在面对内外部竞争激烈的环境下,依然没被高新产业取代,不仅因为其是生活必需品,还与企业越发重视现代人力资源管理有关。而员工凝聚力作为人力资源管理的核心问题,在增强企业竞争优势中有很大作用。辽宁世领自营牧场有限公,要想在乳类产业中有一席之地,就要意识到增强员工凝聚力的必要性和重要性。要重视人才,团结人才,发掘其潜力,不断增强人力效益。并在产品创新同时,不忘优化和改善凝聚力的措施。本文主要研究的是乳类企业员工凝聚力在实际工作中出现的问题及解决对策,以辽宁世领自营牧场有限公司为例,分析了世领自营牧场现阶段主要存在的员工凝聚力问题指出企业出现凝聚力问题的所在是人员异动频繁、人际关系紧张、员工激励满意度低、企业文化认同度低;分析了这些问题存在的原因是企业约束制度不完善、有效沟通缺乏、正确激励机制缺失、企业文化熏陶缺乏;并提出了健全企业规章制度、加强有效沟通、采取正确激励方法、加强企业文化建设这四个解决对策。从人力资源管理入手,科学系统的制定计划,并全面客观的实行,提高企业员工凝聚力,增强企业的竞争优势,从而有效的提高企业利益。本科论文关键词:中小企业;员工凝聚力;企业文化本科论文AbstractNowadays, with the rapid development of economy, the quality of life of citizens has generally improved, and the types of consumption are becoming more and more extensive.
