本科论文摘 要员工是企业发展的根本。企业若想在市场占取重要位置,归根结底还是对人才的占有。员工离职是现代企业人员流动的一种正常现象,可是一个企业过于频繁的出现员工离职的现象则体现其整体运营存有一系列弊端问题。中国医药企业的人才离职率增长严重。而赛诺菲作为一家世界 500 强的企业,要想永续经营,就必须懂得如何留住现有人才,吸引更多人才。本文在研究上遵循提出问题、分析问题和解决问题的方式,对于赛诺菲公司员工流动的原因进行深入研究。在采用调查问卷、员工访谈、查阅相关资料的基础上分别从薪酬福利待遇、工作强度、发展空间、人际沟通等维度进行了全面的梳理、分析和总结,并且针对这些问题对赛诺菲公司人才离职现状进行分析,探寻员工高离职的原因。针对分析结果,提出具体的改善意见。以达到解决企业人才离职率高、人才吸引力低等实际困难。医药企业要想问稳定人才,需不断调整企业内部机制,抓住员工需求。本文中关键性工序在于制定:一是完善企业内部机制、稳定人才数量、着重关注中枢人才;二是结合企业自身发展情况设立沟通平台、充分了解人才目的、留住关键人才。最终,能在竟争激烈的市场经济中取得一席之地,实现企业长效发展的目的。关键词: 赛诺菲公司;员工离职;离职原因;改善策略本科论文AbstractEmployees are the foundation of enterprise development.
