AbstractWith the rapid development of Internet technology, e-commerce enterprises continue to increase, market share is growing. E-commerce enterprises mainly rely on business support, of which marketing mode and technology are the key to their healthy development, and human resources are the important support. The recruitment channel, as an important gateway for talent introduction, has a direct impact on the quality of candidates. How to use the best cost, the best means of human resources and the best combination of recruitment channels to attract excellent and suitable talents is an important key task to improve the efficiency of human resources management and recruitment conversion rate.The paper is divided into four parts, including the introduction of the first part, the overview of recruitment channels and their effectiveness in the second part, the case analysis of global e-shopping company in the third part, and the countermeasure discussion in the fourth part.
