In view of the difficulties and problems existing in the process of internship of internal combustion engine manufacturing process， students are diverted synthetically， internship units are rationally selected and allocated， internship content is optimized， on-site explanation is improved， enterprise lectures are increased， instructors are selected and trained， and internship examiners are improved.
