The improvement of technical complexity and the demand for supporting high availability system and distributed system make it more and more difficult for all kinds of medical institutions to achieve the goal of both achieving professional medical tasks and objectives and controlling opportunity cost. It can improve the level of hospital information management by entrusting the medical archives system to the third party professional organization for management.
