下载后可任意编辑商业银行经营管理优化策略讨论商业银行经营管理优化策略讨论 董倩 【摘 要】随着移动互联网、云计算、大数据挖掘技术的不断进展，大数据在银行业领域的应用日趋深化。论文以大数据时代为背景，对大数据在商业银行中的应用现状和存在的问题进行讨论。论文运用 SWOT 分析法對商业银行目前的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行分析，发现现阶段银行业在经营管理上的问题，结合大数据应用，从精准营销、客户关系管理、风险控制和用户信用管理四个方面，提出优化商业银行经营管理的策略。 【Abstract】With the continuous development of mobile internet， cloud computing and big data mining technology， the application of big data in the banking industry is increasingly in-depth. Taking the big data era as the background， the paper studies the status quo and existing problems of the application of big data in commercial banks. This paper uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages ， disadvantages， opportunities and challenges of commercial banks at present， and finds out the problems in the operation and management of the banking industry at this stage.
