下载后可任意编辑家庭社会资本对高职学生就业的影响机理讨论家庭社会资本对高职学生就业的影响机理讨论 丁思华 林柳琳 【摘 要】家庭社会资本是高职学生可把握、可利用的重要社会资本，是影响高职学生就业的重要因素。在提出家庭社会资本对高职学生的就业影响讨论的重要性与必要性基础上，剖析了家庭社会资本对高职学生就业影响的四个重要维度：就业认识、就业选择、就业期望与就业满意度，并基于家庭社会资本异质性下，提出如何有效提升高职就业指导效率的建议。 【Abstract】Family social capital is an important social capital that can be grasped and utilized by vocational college students， and it is an important factor that affects the employment of vocational college students.
