温控气体红外分析通用型联接装置的研制与应用于 健青岛科技大学环境与安全工程学院山东 青岛266042摘要: 傅立叶变换红外光谱仪的检测技术,在各个领域中被广泛应用。把红外光谱仪与其它分析仪器联用,组合成更完善、更强大地测试技术,不仅能拓展实验仪器的使用功能,而且还能提高实验测试效果。尤其是在分析仪器测试过程的逸出气体,用红外光谱仪对气体的成份及其变化规律,进行连续的分析测试,是一种十分有效和完美的实验测试方法。在高分子材料行业中,逸出气体的成份检测,由于温度要求较高,却受到了许多限制,用新研制的“温控气体红外分析通用型联接装置”就可以很好的解决这个问题。关键词: 红外光谱仪分析仪器温控气体池通用型联接装置中图分类号:TH741 TH811 文献标识码:A 文章编号:Development and experimental test of universal coupling device with temperature control instrument for gas analysis Jian Yu College of Environment and Safety Engineering, Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Qingdao 266042, People’s Republic of ChinaAbstract: The measurement technique of Fourier transform infrared spectrometer is widely applied in various fields. Combined with other instruments, the infrared spectrometer can show strong and good testing technology, which can not only expand the experiment instrument use function, but also improve the test effect. Using infrared spectrometer to analyze the gas composition and its change rule continuously is a very effective and perfect test method, especially in the evolved gas analysis instrument testing process. In polymer material industry, it is difficult to detect the escaping gas composition due to the high temperature requirements.
