PCT、IL-6 对脓毒症早期诊断价值的meta分析【摘要】目的: 探讨 PCT、 IL-6 对脓毒症早期的临床诊断价值。方法: 根据关键词检索文献后,按照纳入标准和排除标准进行文献筛选,利用R2.15.1 软件对收集到的文献数据进行Meta 分析。采用异质性检验方法,计算各生物标志物检验脓毒症的敏感度和特异度。结果: 根据搜索策略检索到480 篇相关文献,筛选后有 22 篇文献入选,其中包括中文文献13 篇,英文文献9 篇,异质性检验结果显示各组文献间差异具有统计学意义(χ2 值=33.25,P<0.05),对文献的meta分析结果表明: PCT 和 IL-6 是最具有检测价值的生物标记物,其中,PCT对脓毒症诊断的敏感度和特异度分别为84.1%和 80.2%,而 IL-6 的相应数据分别为 80.2%和 77.4%。结论: 降钙素原对脓毒症的早期诊断具有较高的临床价值,同时配合IL-6 诊断,能够进一步提高对脓毒症早期诊断的敏感度和特异度。【关键词 】脓毒症, PCT,IL-6 ,敏感度,特异度Analysis of PCT, IL-6 in early diagnosis of sepsis in meta Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of PCT, IL-6 in sepsis early.
