毕业论文第 1 页共 34 页摘要本课题以氧化锌,玻璃粉,石英为原料,外加不同着色剂,研制出具有大片晶花,结晶效果较好的釉面。本实验主要对配方组成(如结晶剂、着色氧化物的最佳用量)进行单因素试验,并对烧成制度以及工艺因素进行探讨。实验表明,釉料配方中选用23%~30%的锻烧氧化锌作主结晶剂,引入长石、玻璃粉,碳酸钠和硼砂,可降低高温粘度,促进结晶。关键词:氧化锌玻璃粉着色剂结晶毕业论文第 2 页共 34 页Abstract The subject is mainly about zinc oxide, glass, quartz as long as a variety of coloring agents. With these materials we can develop better crystalline glaze with large crystal flower .It is though single test to study the influences of different compositions to crystallization (crystallization agent 、 The best amount of coloring oxides). And then explore the firing system and technological factors. The thesis is a relatively systematical research about crystal art gaze from theory and production practical respect. In the glaze formula the main crystallization agent is consisted of 23%~30% burnt Zinc oxide and then introduce large amount of Feldspar and some Glass as long as some Sodium carbonate and Borax so as to reduce the high-temperature viscosity .The introduction of some Ashes and burnt Taic is in aim of promoting crystallization.
