Party A, for the sake of development, retains Party B to participate in filming relevant scenes of Party A’s propaganda film, taking some pictures and movie in accord with this agreement.2、乙方自愿将自身肖像权许可甲方用作符合本合同约定和法律规定的用途。 2. Party B agrees to give a license to Party A to use its portraiture for the purpose according to agreements herein and regulations of laws. 3、甲方有权在商用网站、国内外展会、会议装修画、海报、企业及产品宣传册等各类广宣物料、各媒体广告等媒介使用乙方的影视及平面影像。3. Party A is entitled to use Party B’s film, video and pictures taken by Party B in commercial websites, domestic and foreign exhibition, decoration picture for conference room, poster, and brochures for the company and products, advertisements and other media. 4、本协议有效期为五年，以双方签章时间为准。4. This agreement is valid for five years as of the execution by both parties. 5、甲方需保护乙方的隐私权，未经乙方同意不得随意透露乙方的有关资料；5. Party A shall protect Party B’s privacy and cannot disclose relevant materials of Party B without Party B’s consent.6、甲方不得将带有乙方肖像的作品改成毁谤、猥亵、淫秽或任何不道德的图片或其他形式。6. Party A shall not modify any products of Party B’s portraiture into disparaging, wretched, obscene or immoral pictures or in other form.7、本协议—式二份，甲乙双方各执一份，均具有同等法律效力。7.
