下载后可任意编辑THE AGREEMENTBETWEENNATIONAL AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY OF UKRAINE (UKRAINE) AND QINGDAO AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY (PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA) The National Agricultural University of Ukraine (Ukraine) and Qingdao Agricultural University (People's Republic of China), after friendly discussions, conclude the following agreement:§1The purpose of the present agreement between the National Agricultural University of Ukraine and Qingdao Agricultural University is to develop the international cooperation of the two institutions in the following areas:- Exchange of students;- Exchanges of teaching staff and scientists;- Joint scientific researches in the following fields, including but not limited to agronomy, chemistry, flora and fauna, agricultural mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and agricultural mechanization. §2The parties should promote an exchange of literature, information, results of scientific and educational activities. Cooperation also serves the purposes of studying of languages, cultures and economy of two countries.§ 3The organization of cooperation should be carried out by a board of guardians which will consist of three representatives of each establishment. The board of guardians is accountable to presiding officers of both institutions.§ 4For financing joint activities, the parties should pool funds from the various state and private sponsor's enterprises. The participation of the third party is subject to the mutual agreement of both parties. §5The implementation of a certain joint research shall be raised by the initiators and subject to the stipulation of the additional contracts.§ 6下载后可任意编辑The present agreement is concluded for a period of five years and inures from the moment of signing. If any of the parties does not declare desire to terminate the present contract, action prolong for one year. It is possible to bring in necessary changes or additions at any moment from the written approval of both parties.§ 7The present contract shall abide by laws of both countries, and has been approved by both presiding officers. §8The present contract is made into two counterparts in both English and Chinese languages with equal force in law, which contents are identical.
