NDPG’s Objective The Government of Japan sets out the “National Defense Program Guidelines (NDPG), FY 2011-” based on the current security environment surrounding our country. 日本防卫计划大纲的抛出是基于日本周边国家安全状况，该大纲 2011 年起实施。 II. Basic Principles of Japan’s Security 1.
