GENERAL CUSTOMER AGREEMENT 致：西班牙对外银行 To: BANCO BILBAO VIZCAYA ARGENTARIA, S.A. 于相关法令允许之最大范围内，客户同意下列条款与条件之规定：To the greatest extent permitted by relevant laws and regulations, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions: （A 部分 一般条款） (Part A - General Provisions) 1. 条文解读与名词定义 Interpretation and Definitions 1.1 于本约定书中： In this Agreement: (a) 「资产」包括目前与未来之财产、营收与各种权利，且应包括所有商品、汇票、本票、任何性质之可转让票据、运货提单、收货单、交货单、仓单与收据及其他所与商品、存货、股份、现金、债券、存款其它证券等相关之所有权证明文件；“Assets” include present and future properties, revenues and rights of every description and shall include all goods, bills of exchange, promissory notes, negotiable instruments of any description, bills of lading, dock receipts, delivery orders, godown warrants and receipts and other documents of title or documents relating to goods as well as stocks, shares, cash, bonds, deposits and other securities etc.; (b) 「授权」包括授权、同意、核准、决议、许可、豁免、申报、登记与公证；“Authorization ” includes an authorization, consent, approval, resolution, licence, exemption, filing, registration and notarisation; (c) 「银行」系指西班牙对外银行；“Bank ” means BANCO BILBAO VIZCAYA ARGENTARIA, S.A.; (d) 「客户」系指附表所列之人；“Customer ” means the person(s) identified as such in the Schedule; (e) 「文件」系指任何文件、汇票、所有权文件、运送单据、保单及透过银行于进口或出口交易所处理之任何其它文件；“Documents ” means any documents, drafts, bills of exchange, documents of title, transport documents, insurance policies and any other documents passed through the Bank, either under import or export transactions; (f) 「违约情事」定义如 A-1 部分第 10 条所述；“Event of Def...
