摘要由于经济的迅猛发展,资本在全球市场内的流通,跨区域间的合作愈加密切, 铁路运输压力越来越大。现代机车正向着―多拉快跑‖的方向发展,列车的制动技 术在铁路的发展中也变的尤为重要。论文首先介绍了制动的相关知识,包括 120 阀的制动原理;然后分析了 120 型控制阀的构造,并进行 120 型空气控制阀主阀 部的结构设计;最后以 120 控制阀为研究对象,705 试验台为平台,进行了 120 控制阀的性能试验研究。通过对试验数据的分析,可以得知 120 型空气控制阀的 各项指标是否符合国家标准。试验结果表明,120 型控制阀主阀部在实际应用中仍具有较高的可靠性。性 能试验中出的主阀故障现象也可以作为120阀在铁路运用中可能出现的故障提供参考,分析试验中的故障原因也可以作为实际检修中的借鉴。同时发现,现有705 型试验台上有关 120 型阀的评价体系中还有不妥当,还有需要改进的地方。关键词: 120 型控制阀;列车制动;705 试验台;性能试验I南京工程学院车辆工程系本科毕业设计(论文)ABSTRACTDue to the rapid economic development and the flow of capital in the globalmarket, the cross-regional cooperation is becoming much closely which increases therailway transport pressure. In this paper, The braking-relatedknowledge is introduced first, including the braking principle of 120 valves. Afteranalyzing the structure of the type 120 control valve, design the structure of the mainDepartment of 120 valves. Finally, use 120 control valves for the study and the 705test bed as a platform to simulate the working status of 120 control valves andproblems that may arise.
