浅谈对可持续发展的认识 我国是一个资源大国，资源得到利用时资源的浪费是不可避免的，资源浪费的同时对环境的危害也是巨大的。我国是一个资源大国可是在人们对资源的利用仅仅在表面，许多人认为只要自己有资源就好可是你是否为后代想过呢？他们那个年代是否还会有资源呢？所以，1994 年，我国制定了<<中国 21 世纪议程>>，1996 年，全国人大以最高法律形式把可持续发展与科教兴国战略并列为国家基本战略。1999 年开始，每年中央都召开人口资源环境工作座谈会。江泽民指出：“在现代化建设中，必须把实现可持续发展作为一个重大战略。”可持续发展是当今世界的共同课题，是人类社会的理性选择，对于我们这样一个世界人口最多的国家来说，无疑更具有重要性和紧迫性。内涵是什么？什么是可持续发展？英文定义，Sustainable development refers to not only meet the needs of people without prejudice to future generations the ability to meet the demand.
