下载后可任意编辑数控机床床身尺寸优化设计摘要优化设计理论讨论和应用实践的不断进展,使传统设计方法发生了根本的变革,机床床身设计逐步从经验、感性和类比为主的传统设计方法向科学、理性和立足于计算分析的现代设计方法过渡。针对目前数控机床床身的设计缺乏有效的理论依据,结构设计不尽合理的普遍现象,本文通过在某型号数控机床床身筋板设计上进行了优化来提高机床性能,减少机床床身质量,具有重要的实际意义和参考价值。本文依据产品性能要求,确定产品结构的初始设计方案。对已设计的铸铁床身方案进行优化,通过对床身的静、动态特性分析,综合比较,判别如何优化设计方案。再利用最优化设计的理论体系和方法对床身结构方案进行以筋板厚度为设计变量,以低阶频率与减轻床身质量为优化目标的优化设计。最后,在综合评估床身性能指标的基础上,并利用工程方案与优化理论相结合的设计方法,在优化分析软件 ANSYS Workbench 的帮助下,真正利用软件和优化理论完整实现了优化设计的整个过程,得出较好的设计方案。关键词:机床床身;静力分析;模态分析;结构优化OPTIMAL DESIGN OF CNC MACHINE TOOL BED SIZE下载后可任意编辑ABSTRACTThe continuous development of optimize the design theory being researched and applied into practice has fundamentally changed the methods of traditional design.
