下载后可任意编辑摘 要随着我国经济的飞速进展,企业对于仓储作业的要求越来越高,但是货物的入库问题也随之变的越来越严重。因此,提高仓储的入库效率是节约库存费用和提高企业竞争力的关键。在本文中,主要对我国自动化立体仓库的进展现状进行分析,通过回顾自动化立体仓库的进展历史以及现状,来阐述本文的讨论目的以及意义。本文主要选取了国内一家小型牛奶生产企业作为讨论对象,通过分析其生产的鲜奶入库的现状,利用 Flexsim 仿真软件对入库流程进行具体的优化和仿真。对不同入库量情况下的系统运行情况进行了分析,得出现有资源配置下的最大日处理能力,接着对系统运行出现瓶颈时的优化方案进行了仿真分析和比较,分析结果表明,仿真优化可以较好的实现企业资源的合理利用。关键词:仓储; 入库; Flexsim 仿真ABSTRACT下载后可任意编辑With the rapid development of China's economy, Enterprises are increasingly demanding warehousing operations, but the problem of storage of goods also will become more and more serious.
