Mycophenolic acid is a commonly used immunosuppressive drug to prevent transplant rejection reaction. However, due to the decline in physiological function of elderly kidney transplant patients and the presence of other diseases, their pharmacokinetic characteristics may be different from young patients. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of mycophenolic acid in kidney transplant patients aged 60 years and above and their clinical significance.This study will recruit patients over 60 years old who have received kidney transplants. Basic medical history information will be collected first, and then mycophenolic acid blood drug concentration and liver and kidney function indicators will be collected, and kinetic model will be used for data analysis. The main indicators of this study include mycophenolic acid pharmacokinetic parameters, the incidence of transplant rejection reactions, the incidence of drug adverse reactions, etc. The results will be analyzed using descriptive statistics and a chi-square test.The results of the study are expected to provide more accurate drug dosage and monitoring plans for the treatment of elderly kidney transplant patients.
