In this study, TIG welding process was used to prepare CLAM steel welded joints under corresponding experimental conditions. The mechanical properties of welded joints at high temperature were tested by high temperature tensile experiment. The results showed that the tensile strength, yield strength and fracture elongation of the welded joints decreased to a certain extent at high temperature, and the fracture morphology showed the characteristics of toughness fracture.Keywords: CLAM steel; TIG welding; high temperature tensile properties; fracture behavior一、实验目的通过高温拉伸实验,讨论 CLAM 钢 TIG 焊焊接接头在高温下的力学性能及断裂行为,为进一步了解 CLAM 钢 TIG 焊焊接接头的高温强度提供参考。二、实验方法1.试样制备采纳相应工艺制备出 CLAM 钢 TIG 焊焊接接头,焊接接头样品制备如图 1 所示,试样尺寸为 60mm×10mm×3mm。精品文档---下载后可任意编辑2.实验装置与条件实验采纳高温拉伸试验机,实验温度控制范围为室温至 800℃。实验温度分别设置为室温、400℃、600℃、800℃。试样载荷速率为1mm/min,在各个温度下重复进行三次拉伸试验,取平均值作为最终结果。3.试验结果分析通过精密拉伸试验机,获得试样的拉伸强度、屈服强度和断裂伸长率等力学性能参数,并进行断口形貌的观察和分析。三、实验结果与分析1.力学性能参数在不同温度下进行高温拉伸试验,得到试样的...
