精品文档---下载后可任意编辑CT 引导下肺部恶性肿瘤射频消融疗效的初步分析的开题报告【摘要】目的:探讨 CT 引导下肺部恶性肿瘤射频消融的疗效,并进行初步分析。方法:收集 2024 年 1 月至 2024 年 12 月本院门诊诊治的肺部恶性肿瘤患者的资料,其中符合条件的患者进行 CT 引导下肺部射频消融治疗。根据处理前后标准化调查数据和基线数据,通过 Kaplan-Meier 和 Cox 回归模型评估生存期和相关因素。并进行初步分析。结果:本讨论共纳入了 120 例符合讨论标准的患者。经过 CT 引导下肺部射频消融治疗,患者总体生存期明显得到了提高。生存期中位数为 19.5 个月,与未进行治疗组相比明显延长(P < 0.01)。Cox 回归模型显示, 消融面积、性别、年龄和病理类型是预测生存率的重要因素(均 P < 0.05)。经过初步分析,肺部恶性肿瘤患者的射频消融治疗具有高安全性和可接受的疗效。结论:CT 引导下肺部射频消融治疗可以有效延长患者的总体生存期,是一种安全、可行的治疗方式。。【关键词】肺部恶性肿瘤;射频消融;CT 引导;生存期;相关因素;【Abstract】Objective: To explore the efficacy of CT-guided radiofrequency ablation for lung cancer and perform preliminary analysis.Methods: The data of lung cancer patients treated in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were collected. Patients who met the conditions underwent CT-guided radiofrequency ablation treatment. Standardized survey data and baseline data were obtained before and after treatment, and the survival time and related factors were evaluated by Kaplan-Meier and Cox regression model. Preliminary analysis was also performed.Results: A total of 120 patients who met the research criteria were included in this study. After CT-guided radiofrequency ablation treatment, the overall survival time of patients was significantly improved. The median survival time was 19.5 months, which was significantly longer than that of the untreated group (P < 0.01). The Cox regression model showed that the ablation area, gender, age, and pathological type were important factors for predicting survival rate (all P < 0.05).
