Terms and Conditions of Pu rchase- Bosch China [采 购 通 则 ——博 世 （ 中 国 ） ] Applicable to business transactions with individuals, companies, legal entities under the laws of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as “the PRC”). 本 采 购 通 则 适 用 与 个 人 、公 司 、企 业 和 其 他 依 据 中 华 人 民 共 和 国 （ 以 下 简 称 “ 中 国 ” ） 法 律 成 立 的 法 人 实 体 之 间 的 商 业交 易 。 1. General 总 则 Our Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall apply exclusively; Business terms and conditions of the Supplier conflicting with or Supplier’s deviating from our Terms and Conditions of Purchase are only recognized insofar as we expressly agreed to them in writing. Acceptance or payment of goods and services from the Supplier (hereinafter referred to as Products) does not constitute agreement. 我 方 采 购 通 则 应 被 排 他 性 适 用 ， 供 应 商 与 我 方 采 购 通 则 相 冲 突 的 商 业 条 件 与 条 款 或 供 应 商 对 我 方 采 购 通 则 的 曲 解 ，我 方 不 予 承 认 ， 除 非 经 我 方 书 面 明 确 同 意 ； 接 受 或 就 供 应 商 的 货 物 或 服 务 （ 以 下 简 称 “ 产 品 ” ） 付 款 并 不 构 成 我 方的 同 意 。 2. Conclu sion of and Modifications to Contract 合 同 的 订 立 和 修 改 2.1 Orders, Contracts and order releases as well as modifications and supplements thereto must be placed and made in writing.
