精品文档---下载后可任意编辑GK 大鼠胃转流术后空腹血糖及骨髂肌 SIRT3 酶变化的实验讨论的开题报告【摘要】目的:探究 GK 大鼠胃转流术后空腹血糖及骨髂肌 SIRT3酶的变化。方法:将 25 只 GK 大鼠随机分为术后组和对比组,对术后组进行胃转流术,对比组不做任何处理。每组分别于术前、术后 1 周、2 周、4 周、8 周、12 周检测空腹血糖和骨髂肌 SIRT3 酶活性。结果:术后组空腹血糖显著下降,且随时间延长而下降,12 周时下降率达到 42.8%;骨髂肌 SIRT3 酶活性在术后 1 周时显著增加,之后逐渐下降,12 周时活性与术前相比无显著差异。对比组空腹血糖和骨髂肌 SIRT3 酶活性无明显变化。结论:GK 大鼠胃转流术后可改善空腹血糖水平,且骨髂肌SIRT3 酶活性也受到一定的影响,但其具体作用机制需要进一步探讨。【关键词】GK 大鼠;胃转流术;空腹血糖;骨髂肌 SIRT3 酶【Abstract】Objectives: To explore the changes of fasting blood glucose and SIRT3 enzyme activity in the hip muscles of GK rats after gastric bypass surgery. Methods: 25 GK rats were randomly divided into the postoperative group and the control group, and gastric bypass surgery was performed on the postoperative group, while the control group received no treatment. The fasting blood glucose and SIRT3 enzyme activity in the hip muscles were measured before surgery and at 1, 2, 4, 8, and 12 weeks after surgery in each group. Results: The fasting blood glucose level of the postoperative group significantly decreased after surgery, and the decrease rate reached 42.8% at 12 weeks; the SIRT3 enzyme activity in the hip muscles significantly increased at 1 week after surgery, and then gradually decreased without significant difference compared with before surgery at 12 weeks. There was no significant change in fasting blood glucose and SIRT3 enzyme activity in the control group. Conclusion: Gastric bypass surgery can improve the fasting blood glucose level of GK rats, and the SIRT3 enzyme activity in the hip muscles is also affected to some extent, but its specific mechanism needs further exploration.【Keywords】GK rats; gastric bypass surgery; fasting blood glucose; SIRT3 enzyme in hip muscles
