The research results show that the advantages of implementing the Excellent Performance Model in G company include improving the scientific and fairness of employee performance evaluation, promoting employees' self-evaluation and growth, enhancing team collaboration and employee morale, etc.; the shortcomings are high implementation costs, high dependence on information systems, and easy to encounter employee resistance in the implementation process.精品文档---下载后可任意编辑Based on the analysis of the research results and suggestions for improving the Excellent Performance Model, we propose measures such as strengthening communication with employees, reducing implementation costs, establishing a sound information system, and strengthening employee training.
