In recent years, with the increasingly fierce competition and the rapid development of the market, it is necessary for HG to establish an effective performance evaluation system to promote enterprise development and enhance competitiveness. The objective of this study is to design and apply a comprehensive performance evaluation system for HG. To achieve this goal, the following research questions will be addressed:1. What are the key performance indicators (KPIs) that should be considered in the evaluation system of HG?2. How can the performance evaluation system be designed and integrated into the existing management system of HG?3. How can the performance evaluation system be applied and improved continuously in HG?Methodology:This study will follow a mixed-method approach, which combines qualitative research and quantitative analysis. The data collection methods will include document analysis, questionnaire survey, and semi-structured interviews. The study will first review the related literature on performance evaluation and management, as well as the specific circumstances and needs of HG Company. Then, a questionnaire survey will be conducted to collect the opinions and suggestions of employees in different departments of HG Company. Based on the results of the survey and previous research findings, a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) will be proposed for HG's performance evaluation system. The designed system will be integrated into the existing management system of HG through case study and practice.
