Among them, plant growth hormone is one of the most important hormones. The aim of this study is to clone the Aux/IAA and ASR genes related to growth hormone in strawberry fruit, and to study their expression regulation mechanisms in fruit development.Through gene family analysis and bioinformatics methods, members of the Aux/IAA and ASR gene families were screened in strawberry. The expression patterns of Aux/IAA and ASR genes in different fruit development stages were analyzed using RT-PCR and fluorescent quantitative PCR techniques. By constructing plant expression vectors and transforming strawberry callus tissue, the functions of Aux/IAA and ASR genes in fruit development were studied.The results of this study will provide important basic information for further understanding the regulatory mechanism of strawberry fruit development, and also provide 精品文档---下载后可任意编辑reference for strawberry breeding and optimization of planting technology.Keywords: strawberry, fruit development, Aux/IAA gene, ASR gene, expression regulation
