Rat dental follicle cells were divided into IL-1α and CSF-1 treatment group, IL-1α treatment group, CSF-1 treatment group, and control group, and the changes in proteome were studied using proteomics techniques (2D gel electrophoresis and mass spectrometry). The results showed that IL-1α and CSF-1 have significant effects on the proteome of rat dental follicle cells, involving the expression regulation of various functional proteins, including signal transduction, metabolism, cell structure and function. These findings can help us better understand the roles of IL-1α and CSF-1 in cellular biology and physiology, and may provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of related diseases.Keywords: interleukin-1α, colony-stimulating factor-1, rat dental follicle cells, proteomics, 2D gel electrophoresis, mass spectrometry
