The purpose of this topic is to study the performance and process of digital control pulse MIG/MAG welding equipment in order to improve the welding quality and engineering efficiency.First of all, this paper introduces the principle and structure of digital control pulse MIG/MAG welding equipment, and analyzes its key technologies and advantages in detail. Secondly, this paper studies and analyzes the process parameters of digital control pulse MIG/MAG welding equipment, and puts forward some targeted optimization measures. Then, for the quality requirements of welding joints, this paper deeply discusses the welding process law of digital control pulse MIG/MAG welding equipment and proposes some practical adjustment methods.
