精品文档---下载后可任意编辑Mo-Cu 合金与 GH4169 高温合金真空钎焊接头微观结构及性能讨论中期报告摘要:本文以 Mo-Cu 合金和 GH4169 高温合金为讨论对象,采纳真空钎焊技术对其进行接头连接。通过显微组织分析和材料性能测试,讨论了微观结构对接头性能的影响。结果表明,Mo-Cu 合金与 GH4169 高温合金钎焊接头的组织主要由 γ 相、γ'相、M6C 相和 Mo2C 相组成。Mo-Cu合金中的 Mo2C 相不仅能提高接头的硬度和抗磨性,还能抑制 γ'相的析出并促进 γ 相的析出;GH4169 高温合金中的 γ'相可以作为钎焊接头中强韧相,提高接头的拉伸强度和塑性。关键词:Mo-Cu 合金;GH4169 高温合金;钎焊接头;显微组织;性能测试Abstract:In this paper, Mo-Cu alloy and GH4169 high-temperature alloy were used as the research objects, and the vacuum brazing technology was used to connect them. The influence of microstructure on the joint performance was studied through microstructure analysis and material property testing. The results show that the microstructure of the Mo-Cu alloy and GH4169 high-temperature alloy brazed joint is mainly composed of γ phase, γ' phase, M6C phase and Mo2C phase. The Mo2C phase in the Mo-Cu alloy can not only improve the hardness and wear resistance of the joint, but also inhibit the precipitation of γ' phase and promote the precipitation of γ phase. The γ' phase in the GH4169 high-temperature alloy can act as strong and tough phase in the brazed joint, which can improve the tensile strength and ductility of the joint.Keywords: Mo-Cu alloy; GH4169 high-temperature alloy; brazed joint; microstructure; property testing
