These enterprises lack the ability to motivate and retain key talents due to their limited operating resources, which leads to difficulties in their long-term development.Therefore, this study aims to fill the gap in research by investigating the current situation of equity incentives in MWS-type private enterprises and designing an effective equity incentive mechanism for such enterprises.Objectives:The objectives of this study are as follows:1. To analyze the current situation of equity incentive mechanisms in MWS-type private enterprises.2. To evaluate the effectiveness of the existing equity incentives in MWS-type private enterprises.3. To design a feasible equity incentive mechanism for MWS-type private enterprises.Methodology:The research will be conducted using both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Firstly, a comprehensive review of relevant literature on equity incentive mechanisms will be conducted. Secondly, a case study approach will be employed to analyze the current situation of equity incentive mechanisms in MWS-type private enterprises. The cases will be selected from a sample of MWS-type private enterprises in China. Thirdly, a questionnaire survey will be administered to key actors in MWS-type private enterprises to evaluate the effectiveness of the existing equity incentive mechanism.
