This paper studies the Q-enhanced hydrogen clock circuit phase and cavity Q stabilization technology, aiming to improve the performance and accuracy of the hydrogen clock.Firstly, the working principle and structure of the hydrogen clock are introduced. Then, the factors affecting the accuracy of the hydrogen clock are analyzed and discussed, and the advantages and prospects of the Q-enhanced hydrogen clock are explored. Next, in view of the problem of thermal noise in the hydrogen clock cavity, a solution based on cavity Q stabilization technology is proposed, and the method and steps to implement the technology are introduced. Finally, a set of experiments is designed to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed technology, aiming to provide new ideas and methods for the improvement and development of the hydrogen clock performance.Keywords: hydrogen clock, Q-enhanced, circuit phase, cavity Q stabilization, time frequency standard.
