精品文档---下载后可任意编辑rt-PA 溶栓治疗急性缺血性卒中 65 例临床分析的开题报告【摘要】目的：探究 rt-PA 溶栓治疗急性缺血性卒中的疗效和安全性。方法：选择 65 例急性缺血性卒中患者，进行 rt-PA 溶栓治疗。通过对患者的治疗效果进行统计分析，评价 rt-PA 溶栓治疗急性缺血性卒中的疗效和安全性。结果：本次讨论结果显示，在 65 例急性缺血性卒中患者中，rt-PA溶栓治疗的有效率为 80%，治疗后 3 个月的体能功能、神经功能和生活质量指数均有明显提高，但同时也存在部分患者出现恶心、呕吐等不良反应。结论：rt-PA 溶栓治疗急性缺血性卒中具有疗效显著、安全性可靠的优势，可作为治疗急性缺血性卒中的常用方法之一。【关键词】rt-PA 溶栓；急性缺血性卒中；疗效；安全性【Abstract】Objective: To explore the efficacy and safety of rt-PA thrombolysis in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods: 65 patients with acute ischemic stroke were selected for rt-PA thrombolysis treatment. The therapeutic effect of the patients was statistically analyzed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of rt-PA thrombolysis in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Results: The results of this study showed that the effective rate of rt-PA thrombolysis treatment in 65 patients with acute ischemic stroke was 80%. The physical function, neurological function, and quality of life index of patients improved significantly 3 months after treatment, but some patients also had adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting.Conclusion: rt-PA thrombolysis has significant efficacy and reliable safety in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke and can be used as one of the commonly used methods for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.精品文档---下载后可任意编辑【Keywords】rt-PA thrombolysis; acute ischemic stroke; efficacy; safety
