This study is divided into two parts: first, we will prepare LaB6 and ITO monolayer films, and measure their optical and electrical properties; second, we will prepare LaB6ITO composite films and characterize them by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and Hall effect, etc.The experimental data analysis results show that the prepared single-layer LaB6 and ITO films have good optical and electrical properties. The surface morphology of the prepared LaB6ITO composite film is smooth, without obvious cracks and defects, and the adhesion between the film and the substrate is tight. At the same time, the conductivity of the composite film has also been improved.
