精品文档---下载后可任意编辑YbNd 掺杂超快激光晶体的生长及性能讨论的开题报告【摘要】随着激光技术的进展,超快激光的应用范围越来越广泛,但是在超快激光的材料讨论方面还存在一些问题。本课题讨论了 YbNd 掺杂超快激光晶体的生长及性能,通过改变掺杂比例、生长条件等因素,探究优化 YbNd 掺杂超快激光晶体性能的方法。利用 X 射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、拉曼光谱等分析手段对生长的晶体进行表征,并利用紫外-可见吸收、荧光光谱等技术讨论晶体的光学性质。讨论结果表明,YbNd 掺杂超快激光晶体具有良好的光学性能,可以作为超快激光器的优良材料。【关键词】超快激光晶体;YbNd 掺杂;生长;性能讨论【Abstract】With the development of laser technology, the application of ultrafast lasers is becoming more and more extensive, but there are still some problems in the research of ultrafast laser materials. This project studies the growth and performance of YbNd doped ultrafast laser crystals, and explores the methods to optimize the performance of YbNd doped ultrafast laser crystals by changing doping ratio, growth conditions and other factors. The grown crystals are characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, Raman spectroscopy and other analysis methods, and the optical properties of the crystals are studied by UV-visible absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy. The research results show that YbNd doped ultrafast laser crystals have good optical properties and can be used as excellent materials for ultrafast lasers.【Keywords】ultrafast laser crystal; YbNd doping; growth; performance research
